SHIPPING

We partner with DHL, FedEx, and Polish Mail for standard deliveries, and with DHL or FedEx for express shipping options. Delivery costs are based on the total weight and volumetric size of your package. Shipping times vary depending on your location and are in addition to our order processing time, which is required to prepare your items. For made-to-order products, processing may take a few extra days due to the handcrafted nature of our business.

Usual delivery time

Delivery time can range from 3 to 20 business days depending on the destination:

Poland: 3-7 business days
Europe: 3-14 business days
Rest of the world: 5-20 business days

Track your order

All orders are sent with FedEx, DHL, or Polish Mail courier depending on the size of the parcel and its destination. You will receive a unique tracking number and a link to track your parcel's delivery status and progress.
