Fibala is a small family-run design studio creating handmade home and lifestyle objects for modern spaces. We focus on simple forms, thoughtful materials, and products designed to be used every day.

Our work explores the balance between soft and structured materials — from washable paper and textiles to wood and concrete. Each piece is carefully made in our studio in Poland, where we combine craftsmanship with a minimalist design approach.

Many of our current designs are created from washable paper, a unique material that feels similar to leather but is lightweight, durable, and surprisingly versatile. We use it to create functional pieces such as storage baskets, tableware, cosmetic bags, purses, travel bags, shopping bags, and everyday accessories designed to simplify daily routines.

Our studio originally began nearly two decades ago, at a time when working with concrete in home decor was still unusual. What started as small experiments with form and material slowly evolved into a broader design practice exploring different textures and everyday objects.

Today Fibala continues to grow as a creative studio, expanding into new materials and ideas — including upcoming designs using Tyvek®, another lightweight and durable material that opens new possibilities for modern lifestyle products.
