HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Place your items in the original packaging and remove all original shipping labels.
- Have your email address and order number ready.
- Submit your return request using the returns form below.
- Once your return is confirmed, send the package to:

Returns are at the customer's cost. Where possible, use a tracked postal service and keep your proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.
RETURN GUIDELINE
Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods — no reason required.
To exercise this right, notify us within those 14 days by submitting our returns form or emailing us with your order number. Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.
Condition of Returned Goods
Items should be returned in the condition you received them. You are entitled to inspect and handle goods as you would in a physical shop. However, if an item shows signs of use beyond reasonable inspection — and its value has been diminished as a result — we reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your return (or proof of postage, whichever comes first), we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. No fees are charged for the refund.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Custom or personalised orders — items made to your specification or clearly personalised cannot be returned.
