Return Period

We accept returns within the following timeframes:

European Union customers: You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods — no reason required. To exercise this right, use the Withdraw from Contract button on your order page. You will receive immediate electronic confirmation of your withdrawal. Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

All other customers: 30 days from the date of delivery. You must contact us within that period to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns

Customers outside the European Union

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received — unused and undamaged
  • Returned with original packaging where reasonably possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

European Union customers — Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.

You can exercise this right directly through the Withdraw from Contract button on your order page. You will receive electronic confirmation of your withdrawal. You may also contact us via email at: info@fibalaliving.com.

You may inspect the item as you would in a physical shop. If the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and characteristics, any resulting loss in value may be deducted from your refund.

 

How to Start a Return

EU customers: Use the Withdraw from Contract button. You will receive confirmation of your withdrawal by email.

All other customers: Visit our Returns page and follow the instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items are covered by us.


Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned by any customer, including EU customers:

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Personalised products
  • Gift cards

Note for EU customers: The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized goods. 


Sale Items

Customers outside the EU: Sale items are non-returnable.

EU customers: Sale items may be returned within the 14-day cooling-off period, unless they are custom-made or personalized.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs

Where possible, use a tracked postal service and keep your proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will notify you of the status.

EU customers: We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof that you have sent them back, whichever comes first). Refunds will not be delayed beyond this point.

Customers outside the EU: Refunds are issued within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

All refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at: info@fibalaliving.com.
