Return Period
We accept returns within the following timeframes:
European Union customers: 14 days from the date of delivery
All other customers: 30 days from the date of delivery
You must contact us within the applicable return period to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns

Customers Outside the European Union
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition as received
Unused and undamaged
Returned with original packaging where reasonably possible
Accompanied by proof of purchase

European Union Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any reason.
You may inspect the item as you would in a physical shop.
If the item has been used beyond normal inspection, we reserve the right to deduct any loss in value from the refund.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom or made-to-order items
Personalized products
Gift cards
This applies to all customers, including those in the European Union.

 

Sale Items
Customers outside the European Union: Sale items are non-returnable
European Union customers: Sale items may be returned within the 14-day cooling-off period, unless they are custom-made or personalized

 

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are non-refundable
If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product and place a new order once the return is accepted.

 

Refunds
Once we receive your return (or proof of return for EU customers), we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
European Union customers: Refunds are issued within 14 days of cancellation
Customers outside the European Union: Refunds are issued within 10 business days after inspection
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at info@fibalaliving.com.

 

European Union Cancellation Notice
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.
To cancel your order, simply email us at info@fibalaliving.com.
You may inspect the item as you would in a physical shop.
If the item has been used beyond normal inspection, any loss in value may be deducted from your refund.
