START A RETURN

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Place your items in the original packaging and remove all original shipping labels.

  1. Have your email address and order number ready.
  2. Submit your return request using the returns form below.
  3. Once your return is confirmed, send the package to:

Returns are at the customer's cost. Where possible, use a tracked postal service and keep your proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.

RETURN GUIDELINE

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for orders placed within the EEA, and within 30 days for all other locations.
  • Pieces should be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all shipping labels removed.
  • If you received something damaged, get in touch at info@fibalaliving.com and we'll sort it out.
