RETURNS
We hope you love our products as much as we do. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can easily return your Fibala Living product(s) within 30 days from the delivery date.
In any case the item must be returned in unused condition in its original package.
Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
What if an item you purchased is defective?
If you have received an item with a a manufacturer’s defect — wrong size, wrong color, broken stitches, chipped, etc. — you are eligible for a full refund, including all shipping and handling costs.
Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement of the item or issue a refund.
How to return?
1. Let us know that you would like to return the product. Choose between these options: Exchanging item for another; Return the item back to us completely.
2. You will receive an email with the confirmed status of your return and shipping instructions, which you must follow. It's very important to add a written order number to the return package otherwise, we will not be able to identify your order and proceed with a refund.
3. After sending the package, please let us know the package tracking number. The package should be sent to the following address:

Please send your returns via a tracked delivery service. We can't accept responsibility for lost packages.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed. Once processed, we will issue your refund back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the reimbursement of funds to be allocated back to the original form of payment.
